Basic 15 Allergens
The basic treatments include treatment for the essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and those that are
needed for the normal physical, physiological and emotional functions of the human body. These nutrients
are necessary to maintain a good immune system as well.  If the immune system is functioning properly, the
energy can be manipulated with the least effort on the energy system. When the immune system is
suppressed, allergic reaction are intensified.

The basic treatments consist of the essential nutrients, which will boost up the immune system and should be
absorbed from food that is eaten daily.  When you are allergic to the food or the nutrients in the food, you
cannot absorb or assimilate nutrients from the food. Nutrients are absolutely necessary for normal body
functions; growth and development; they are required to repair wear and tear in the body; to fight infections
and diseases; to prevent invasion of foreign energies or bacteria; and they are necessary for proper
maintenance of bodily functions.

When you are allergic to eggs, milk, fruits, vegetables, grains, etc.,  you are also allergic to  nutrients
contained in them, such as proteins, calcium, vitamin C, sugar, B complex, etc, that are needed for various
body and enzymatic functions.

1.
Brain-Body Balance

2. Egg Mix ( proteins ) - protein is one of the most essential components in our body.  Allergy to proteins
(eggs) will make one more susceptible to frequent colds, flu-like symptoms, bronchitis, sinusitis, pneumonia,
infections, asthma, skin problems, hair problems (poor growth, falling hair, premature gray), breathing
problems, digestive disorders, muscle and joint pains, fatigue and weakness of the muscles, poor blood
circulation, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, water retention in the tissues, mental or manic disorders,
poor memory, poor concentration, headaches, sleep disorders, irritability, and hyperactivity, etc.

3.
Calcium - calcium is necessary for any movement in the body, walking, running, eating, heart beat, etc.
These require a certain amount of calcium in the blood. If patients are allergic to calcium, they cannot
absorb calcium from their food to run daily normal body functions. The results may be fatigue, body aches,
muscle aches, constipation, hyperactivity, irritability, high blood pressure, inability to calm down or relax,
insomnia, etc.

4.
Vitamin C - is needed for growth, development, repairing wear and tear of the cells and tissues, clearing
poisons from the blood, etc. Vitamin C is a very good antioxidant. After vitamin C treatment, most fruits and
vegetables eaten will be non-reactive. Many environmental substances contain vitamin C like grasses, pollen,
soaps, detergents with citric acid (lemon scented), strawberry or mint flavoured toothpaste, mouthwash,
etc.  After the basic treatments, reactions to the environment will be reduced.  Vitamin C allergy causes
repeated bladder infections, frequent yeast and other infections, poor circulation, skin conditions, digestive
problems, etc.

5.
B-Complex - necessary for various body functions such as enzymatic and nerve functions, B vitamins are
food for the nerves.  Sensitivities occur when our nervous system does not function normally.  A good,
efficient nervous system is necessary for clear thinking and other brain functions.  Allergy to B complex
vitamins and the resultant mal absorption may cause various brain disorders such as: hyperactivity,
attention deficit disorders, restlessness, sleep disorders, depression, addiction to drugs, alcohol, smoking,
overeating, skin disorders, body ache, fatigue, etc.

6.
Sugar - sugar is necessary for the nourishment for the brain and body. B complex vitamins are necessary
for the travel in the body from one place to another with the help of sugar molecules.  If you are allergic to B
complex , you can suffer from a malfunctioning nervous system. If you are allergic to sugar, the same thing
can happen, because B complex cannot function without sugar. Various nervous disorders, addictions,
overeating, sinusitis, susceptibility to frequent infections, alcoholism, smoking, insomnia, fatigue, allergies,
hyperactivity, hypersensitivity, etc, could be due to an allergy to B complex, sugar or both.

The next nine items are also important for normal physiology and building  and maintaining an optimal
immune system.  If the patient has a strong immune system, he or she will get through the treatments much
more easily.

7.
Iron  Mix - Commonly seen allergic symptoms to components of the iron mix are: anemia, anger,
backaches, bleeding disorders, blood disorders, brain fatigue, bronchitis, colds, cold extremities, fatigue,
feeling cold internally, frequent asthma attacks, hair loss, hair thinning, hormonal imbalances, PMS, thyroid
problems, tumors, etc.

8.
Vitamin A Mix- Commonly seen allergic symptoms to components of the vitamin A mix are:  asthma,
bronchitis, cancer, cataracts, digestive disorders, eczema, emotional imbalances, emphysema, eye disorders,
fatigue, flu-like symptoms, headaches, high blood pressure, kidney disease, loose skin, multiple sclerosis,
weight gain, uterine fibroids.

9.
Mineral Mix - Commonly seen allergic symptoms to components of the mineral mix are:  adrenal
deficiency, ADHD (especially with allergies to magnesium and manganese), asthma, autism, backaches,
sinusitis, bone pain, brain fog, hyperacidity, bronchitis, constipation, diabetes, frequent colds, digestive
disorders, high blood pressure, bladder and bowel incontinence.

10.
Salt Mix - Everyday body functions need the help of the sodium-potassium pump for its normal
functions.  A major treatment for PMS (premenstrual disorder) and other pain disorders is salt.  Commonly
seen allergic symptoms to components of the salt mix are:  Alzheimer's disease, arthritis, fatigue, insomnia,
mood swings, tinnitus, weight gain, gall stones, obesity, emotional imbalances, sinusitis, skin disorders,
stroke, upper respiratory disorders, asthma, hair loss, shortness of breath, uterine fibroids, cancer, feet
swelling, etc.

11.
Grain Mix  - Allergies to grains can result in many gastrointestinal disorders, from frequent stomach
aches to celiac disease, as well as:  asthma, brain fog, joint pains, migraines, skin rashes, weight gain, water
retention, itching, leaky gut syndrome, yeast infections, immune disorders, fatigue, manic disorders,
tinnitus, etc.

12.
Yeast - Commonly seen allergic symptoms include:  abdominal bloating, migraines, fatigue, general
itching, pancreatitis, high cholesterol, irritability, hives, cancer, brain fog, mental illness, psoriasis, sinusitis,
vaginal itching, ovarian cysts, loss of interest in daily activities, senility, digestive disorders, etc.

13.
Acid - Commonly seen allergic symptoms to stomach acid are:  stomach aches, bloating, asthma,
regurgitation of stomach acids into the esophagus and mouth, shortness of breath, panic attacks, paranoia,
choking sensation, crying spells, hyperacidity, depression, migraines, hiatal hernia, indigestion, vomiting,
etc.

14.
Base - Allergy to the alkaline digestive enzymes within the body may cause the following symptoms:
abdominal bloating, flatulence, body aches, insomnia, skin disorders, digestive disorders, frequent colds,
hair loss, headaches, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, infections, shortness of breath, asthma, weight
gain, muscle pain, fatigue, poor concentration and memory, etc.

15.
Hormones -   Commonly seen allergic symptoms to hormones are:  body aches, insomnia, asthma,
depression, PMS, poor concentration, upper respiratory disorders, water retention, muscle weakness,
fatigue, frequent colds, high blood pressure, hot flashes, irritability, joint pains, sinusitis, skin problems,
sleep disorders, heart palpitation, hyperactivity, emotional imbalances, low libido, flatulence,
etc.
